I served as a pastor for 25 years before entering a wider ministry to train pastors around the world.  I hold a Masters degree in Bible and theology from Northwest Baptist Seminary and a Doctorate from Talbot School of Theology in the area of church leadership.

Eileen served for 18 years as the office administrator and assistant executive director for the Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization in Chandler and has partnered with me in the work of pastoral ministry. She now serves with me full time in the work of training leaders.  We've been married for 40 years and have three adult children (all married) and nine grandchildren.

Eileen and I have always had a heart for missions and have actively promoted missions efforts in the churches we have served. We've personally engaged in missions work in other countries whenever possible. We find it a great joy to serve God in the strategic work of training pastors and church leaders all over the world.  These wonderful leaders use the training they receive to effectively reach and teach their own countries for Jesus Christ!
